You are amazing and strong! However you deliver, home, hospital, birth center, natural, c-section, or induction, you truly know your body best and what you are capable of. I believe that doulas bring the most amazing support on the most incredible day of your life, even though I know you can do it without, the more love and support on the day your child comes into the world, the better.
*Doula's are not medical professionals, we provide support during pregnancy, labor, pre/post delivery, and throughout the 4th trimester
Providing educational, physical, and emotional support from pregnancy through birth and early postpartum.
During the in-person meeting, we get to know each other better. We will discuss the stages of labor, your birth wishes, labor positions, comfort measures, interventions, your partners roll during the pregnancy/delivery and what to expect–so that you can stay calm and confident during your birthing time.
Once you are in active labor, I will meet you at your chosen location, whether it be the hospital, birth center, or your home. As labor progresses, my role is to provide empowerment, information, comfort, and support and remain by your side. Once your baby is born, I will be available to assist with breastfeeding and bonding in the golden hour.
After you settle in at home as a new family, we will schedule a postpartum home visit. During this time, I will check in with you to see how you are doing both physically and emotionally, and discuss how you feel about your birth experience. We will also talk about how breastfeeding is going, and answer any newborn care questions you may have.

Thid Deluxe Birth Doula Package is similar to our Signature Birth Doula Package, except you get the support of not one but TWO Doulas during pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum.
This package is ideal for moms who may want a little extra support, first- time moms, home births, and moms who may not have a partner.
Both Doulas will be there to support you during your journey providing the best support for a positive birth experience.

We weren’t meant to navigate the postpartum period in isolation. With Doula care you will receive educational, physical, and emotional support during the postpartum period. Also available to care for older brothers and sisters.
Daytime Support:
Includes emotional and physical support, light housekeeping, cooking, newborn care education, as well as feeding support and education. (3-hour shift minimum)
Nighttime Support:
Includes overnight infant care to allow rest for parents, feeding help, establishing positive sleep habits, as well as quiet household help (4-hour shift minimum).

*The initial payment and signed contract is required to reserve your delivery window. Doula packages are paid half upon reserving your delivery window and the balance is due at the final pre-natal visit. The Doula fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable once reserved.
